As we walked through the rain to the library earlier today. D looked up and pointed out that the flower buds are opening up on the trees! We don't need to go to the US Capital to see the cherry blossoms, we have a full row of them in front of our building! :) But I didn't even notice. She pointed it out and got so excited!  Met some friends and their toddlers and went to see the cherry blossoms! They are in full bloom and some trees are already shedding - so it felt like it was snowing! Beautiful it was! Lots and lots of tourists and so many babies/toddlers everywhere! It's amazing how I never noticed the number of toddlers that are brought out. Plus this cherry ( Read more... )
